The complex is situated in Venice Lido Island directly on Alberoni beach. Currently it is neglected area, but none of the buildings has static problems, so they do not need important renovation works. The complex has a street at north side, the beach at est side and at south west side there are private and public plots of land. The buildings builted on 1930 must keep the original structure, facade and some internal elements, but the buildings builted on 1970 can be demoliched and reconstructed in another position inside the plot of land. It is also permitted an extention of the building of the 10% of the actual surface.
